Race Day
I recommend choosing your own start time to run just like any other race would have. The race starts on July 1st but you can run at anytime you would like for the next 7 days. For example, I am going to make the decision to start my race on Thursday morning at 8:00am. Arrive on location 30-45 min early to get warmed up and ready to start. This will make it feel more official and allow you to have an overall better experience.
Rules / Guidelines
6 km Course
The flagging tape on the course is the same as race 1. The Trails are heavily marked in areas that have multiple trails, when on single track just keep following the trial until you see an arrow pointing you in the direction to run.
There are 20 arrows on this course and a lot of flagging tape, make sure to keep a look for the markings when running.
Look for red rock at the top of a climb to get your amazing view and selfie for the mini challenge.
KEEP RIGHT!
When you see this sign please keep right. The right path is the correct way even if you happen to spot some flagging tape on the left, you already went that way! Stay RIGHT, you will see flagging tape on the trail, just STAY RIGHT
The 6km and 12km courses start at the same point and continue on the same trail together until they break off. 12km goes left and 6km goes right. Please look out for this sign when running to ensure you head the right way!
