I didn’t know I needed my Apex family until I had it! I don’t know now what I would do without them! Amazing people that genuinely care about each other. Keep with it and you will be stronger, not just physically, but mentally too!

Every day there’s something new and exciting and challenging. The community at Apex is what sets it apart. Dennis and his staff are amazing and constantly go above and beyond. It truly is like a family at Apex. I did CrossFit, heavy weight lifting, a HIIT gym, nothing gave me the results I was looking for. When I started with Apex I exceeded my weight loss goals in the first 6 weeks and was able to go on to crush more goals. I quickly discovered that I could handle every workout and felt more accomplished at the end than at any other gym I’ve tried. I have lost weight, gotten stronger, made friends and, most shocking of all, started running regularly. I never thought in a million years that I’d love running! Apex isn’t just a gym you go to for an hour a day. It’s a lifestyle. If you want to be better, you’ll do that here. I’ve learned about healthy eating habits, how to incorporate fitness into other parts of my day and found really great friends who are all working hard. This place is going to change your life.
